This year's holiday Christmas cookie box contains 3 classic favorites remade into gluten free and healthier versions, and one original lemon cookie that is fun and festive! All links to the cookies are below.
A cookie box makes the best homemade gift. It's special, thoughtful and of course delicious. Especially for those who have food intolerances or are on specific diets, a box of gluten free, dairy free, paleo and low fodmap cookies are just the best! If you are looking for a last minute gift or would love to bake some cookies this holiday season, this holiday cookie box has some classic favorites.
My most requested Christmas cookie this year! I tested these snickerdoodles SO many times to get them just right. They are soft and pillowy, sweetened with coconut sugar and a touch of monkfruit. Gluten free and dairy free as always.
These lemon cranberry cookies were inspired by cranberry lemon bars I saw in a bakery window. I was never a huge fan of orange and cranberry, but thought lemon and cranberry would be delicious! These cookies are full of fresh lemon and fresh chopped cranberries with a lemon icing. And you can't forget the cute sugared garnish on top.
These sugar cookies were also a big request this year! I cannot believe I didn't have a sugar cookie recipe on the blog to be honest. Again I tested these cookies several times until I found the perfect balance of chewy, soft and crunchy and the perfect amount of sweetness. You know I love to use coconut sugar in my baking and it was the sugar that worked best in these, too!
If you have made my gingerbread cut out snowflake cookies, these are similar. I decided to make this year's into gingerbread men. You can just dust with some white powdered sweetener, make a royal icing, or just melt some coconut butter!
