Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm the photographer, recipe developer, writer and face behind Gutsy Baker. I've been baking for as long as I can remember, and have always loved to bake for events, gatherings and parties. I attended a cooking school in Italy in 2015. My recipes are created for those who are on restricted diets, or who just want to eat clean and still enjoy just-as-tasty indulgent, fun treats and desserts. I create healthy savory dishes as well, and live an organic lifestyle. My recipes are all gluten free and dairy free, low fodmap, mostly paleo and vegan friendly. You can view my portfolio here!

I’m available to hire for food photography, brand marketing photography, photo styling, and photo editing projects. Recipe Development
Creating and developing recipes is my love language. If you are looking for me, I'm in the kitchen. I love to make fun creations from wholesome, clean ingredients that are just as delicious. Most who try my recipes never know they're a 'healthier' version! If you are looking to recipe develop, test, photograph, or consult, I'm your gal. The majority of my work consists of recipe development and photography packages for brands.
